My work at the Night Market, Washington Avenue, Philadelphia, PA.

Night Market Washington Avenue hits South Philly on Thursday, June 28.
The roving outdoor food bazaar boasts a few elements this time around that make it really stand out: Quest Loves Food, food venture from The Roots’ Questlove, will be headlining the VIP Night Market Experience; and the VIP tent will also house very cool one-time-only art installations from very big local artists.
The art is borne of a partnership between the Food Trust,Philly HomegrownWith Art Philadelphia and InLiquid, the awesome arts organization that puts on the annualArt for the Cash Poor events.
The artists displaying their work at the Night Market areC. Pazia Mannella, who works with fibers and textiles; and Melissa Haims, a Philadelphia Yarn Bomber, who will be live-bombing during Night Market.
Tickets are still available for the Friends of Night Market VIP experience which gets you access to both Questlove’s food and the free art installations; plus open bar, seating and live music. Click here.
